Woohoo! You’re all set to receive your well-deserved financial reward. This article will tell you more about how to actually transfer it from your virtual wallet to your own bank account. Check out the video below our read this article.
Wallet
In your virtual wallet, you’ll find an overview of your current balance, your total earnings, the total amount paid, and your average monthly payout!
When am I getting paid out?
If you’ve uploaded content on time and fill in the statistics correctly you’ll be paid out once the campaign is over. 10 days after the end-date the money will be on its way to you! Your wallet will be topped up automatically and you’ll receive a notification by mail about this. All you have to do is login and hit the withdraw button to get the money to your actual bank account. It will take up to 7 days before the money is transferred from Stripe (our payment partner) to your own account.
If you miss the deadline or if you happen to fill in your statistics incorrectly, you won’t be paid out. So please be aware and try to stick to the deadlines and guidelines provided by the brand. If you think you won’t be able to make the deadline, let the brand (and us) know as soon as possible! Once you’ve completed your assignments, you’ll be paid out as soon as possible.
You've got mail, get your money!
Once you’ve completed your assignments on time, you’ll receive a notification by mail that the brand you’ve collaborated with has paid you out!
All you got to do is head over to Influentials and go to your wallet. Your current balance will show the amount of money you’ve been rewarded. It’s best to withdraw it as soon as possible! All you gotta do is just click the withdraw button.
A new window will pop up and it’ll ask you to confirm to transfer the money to your bank account. That’s it! Piece of cake right?
Transactions
Everyone needs to keep up their finances, so if you scroll a bit down you’ll find an overview of the transactions that have been made. All mutations to your wallet are shown e.g. receiving funds for successfully completing a collaboration.
Invoices
Your earnings for collaborations with campaigns can be found under the tab ‘invoices’ next to your wallet. When successfully completing all assignments on a campaign we’ll create an invoice on your behalf (self-billing) within 10 days after the end-date of that campaign. At that time, the invoice will be paid in full immediately by adding the funds to your wallet. The end-date can be found on the bottom right of a campaign.
You can download the invoice for your own administration by clicking ‘download’. The overview tells you the unique invoice number, the date of publication, the title of the campaign, and the amount of money you were given.
VAT (BTW) included?
If you're entitled to receive BTW it's important to fill in your VAT (BTW) number at your account. Otherwise, you'll be paid out exclusive VAT (BTW). Only filling in your Company ID is not enough. It's therefore really important to fill in a valid VAT number to be paid out inc. VAT! :)
