Warning! You need to have a creator or business account in order to complete your assignments.
To complete your assignment, we're asking you to fill in your statistics yourself and load them up on the platform. This help document will give you all the information you need so you can complete your campaigns!
How to complete your assignments?
Go to campaigns in the navigation bar at the top of the page. You can still find here all the campaigns you're taking part in and your unfinished assignments. Let's scroll down to the campaign you want to complete. Completing your assignments can be done on your mobile or in your desktop browser.
Once you've found the assignment, click the 'select' button. A new window pops up where you can complete your assignment in 2 steps.
Will ask you to select the photo or video for the campaign. Make sure to select the right photo! Otherwise, the wrong results will be calculated. After you've selected your content hit the 'next' button to continue.
Aks you to upload a screenshot of your statistics. You can load one or two screenshots under Images. (In case you can't see all the results in 1 screenshot, you can upload 2 files)
Next up is filling in your stats. Please fill in every field! Don't leave anything unfilled in. Run through it twice. Otherwise, your final results will be calculated incorrectly. It's very important to fill everything out according to your true results. Otherwise, the brand will receive the wrong data.
Check out the converter table to make sure you fill in the right results.
Got everything? Click the complete button. The pop-up window closes and your assignment is finished!
The same goes for completing your Instagram story assignment.
Please note that you can only complete the assignment for 1 single Instagram story (either a video or photo). In other words, you can't complete the assignment for more than one story. There'll be more Instagram story assignments to complete if the brands request more than 1 story.
Firstly, you have to select your story (photo or video) and load it into the platform by clicking on 'Select story' after you've saved it from Instagram. Don't know how where to find your story after 24 hours? Read more about it in this article.
DON'T UPLOAD THE SCREENSHOT OF YOU STATISTICS AT 'STORY'. This is one of the most common mistakes made when completing the assignments. You have to upload the screenshot of your story results by dragging or dropping the images in the field on the right (Screenshots of statistics).
Now it's time to scroll down and fill in all the gaps. Please fill in every field! Don't leave anything unfilled in. Run through it twice, otherwise, your final results will be calculated incorrectly. It's important to fill in the exact data of the story you're uploading (So don't fill in the data of two stories combined).
Check out the converter table below for Dutch translations:
You'll be able to click the complete button when everything is filled in. Once you've clicked the button, the pop-up window closes itself. Don't forget to click the last complete button again, otherwise, your assignment remains unfinished!
